toki mats
Creative direction and graphic design services were provided to Toki Mats to support the development of a unique, diversity-centered collection of vegan leather play mats. The project included the creation of original illustrated graphics that were translated into full-production mat designs, several of which became top sellers and repeatedly sold out due to high demand. In addition to product artwork, the engagement encompassed the buildout of marketing assets and customizable social media templates, enhancing the brand’s visual cohesion and expanding its promotional capabilities across digital channels.
Zora x Zoratopia for Art Basel
Commissioned by Zora for their Zoratopia event at Art Basel, designed a series of high-impact NFT artworks and merchandise graphics that became some of the most coveted pieces of the experience. The collection sold out entirely on day one and garnered significant attention from artists, industry leaders, and celebrities, amplifying both Zora’s creative presence and the cultural visibility of blockchain-powered art. Ebby of The Lubogo Creative photographed the main event for both the historical Art Basel and Zoratopia.
Smackshack Menu Rebrand
For Smack Shack, a well-loved Minneapolis restaurant group, Ebby conducted a full audit of their existing signage and menu systems to modernize and elevate the brand’s in-house experience across multiple locations. She redesigned their menus from the ground up, blending hand-illustrated elements with refined digital design to create a cohesive, upscale visual language that aligned with both brand identity and menu pricing. The final deliverables transformed their former paper mats into elevated leather-bound menu books—marking a significant aesthetic and experiential upgrade for the restaurant’s guests.
The following projects represent past work we led or contributed to in previous roles at agencies and companies prior to founding The Lubogo Creative.
While they were created within other organizations, they reflect the same strategic thinking, creative energy, and cultural insight we bring to this current practice.
